 We are a group of talented individuals that work closely with each client to create the best possible production for your needs. Our team is small and dedicated consisting of John M Stephens - an industry veteran with 25+ years of experience, Mark Evans - Emmy Award winning producer, Daryl Favignano, graphics, editor and videographer, Janet Kitchell - editor and production coordinator. We also have an extensive network of freelancers we partner with on a day to day basis. This allows us to expand our team to meet the scope of your project needs.
 		  
John M Stephens - President, Executive Producer has 25+ years of experience in communications. Past professional experience includes the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, KMOX-TV (now KMOV) St. Louis RCGA and N.W. Ayer Advertising in New York city. John has produced numerous live TV broadcasts as well as business events and award programs. While at the RCGA, John was responsible for development campaigns totaling $12,000,000, so he brings a special insight to using video in not-for-profit development projects.


Mark Evans - General Manager is known for his unique storytelling skills and long form video work. With a Master's Degree in education, Mark has extensive experience in all kinds of corporate training work as well as documentaries for broadcast. Many clients comment on Mark's easy going interview style. Mark is an avid outdoorsmen and is very much involved in animal welfare causes. Mark is also a professional musician and one of the top video sound designers in St. Louis.


Daryl Favignano - Senior Producer is our king of television commercial spots here at pulse, with 100s of local and regional spots to his credit. Numerous clients have commented that Daryl gets more work done in an hour that most editors produce in 2-3 hours. Daryl is also on top his game with graphics and animation. After Effects and Lightwave are his primary tools of choice.

Janet Kitchell was a Pulse client for many years before joining our company. With 10+ years of producer-editor experience, Janet keeps all of our projects on track and on schedule. Janet is also an experienced graphic artist who excels with Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark and PageMaker. She spends any office free time working with Daryl to pickup his After Effects skills.
